No purchase necessary to enter or claim prize.  The JetBlue Challenge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least 21 years of age, except employees of American Express Publishing (“Sponsor”), Colana Sports Group, JetBlue Airways, and their affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

Eligibility: To enter, visit www.jetbluechallenge.com and complete and submit the registration form located at the website.  To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, online entries must be received between 12:01 AM, Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on October  31, 2006 and 5:00 PM EST on February 23, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Only one entry per person/email address; entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual will be disqualified.  All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  

Prizes (1): One (1) winner will receive round-trip coach airfare on JetBlue Airways to Bermuda for two  (2) persons, hotel accommodations for 4 nights /5 days  (deluxe accommodation), three rounds of tournament golf, breakfast and dinner daily, all ground transfers from airport to Hotel, and Travel and Leisure Golf Players kit, (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value: $ 4,700. Actual value of trip prize may vary depending on city/day/time of departure.  Any difference between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded.  Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes, tips, and all other expenses or costs relating to the Prize not expressly set forth above. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply.  Travel must originate from a Jetblue Airways gateway airport, Subject to availability.  Trip must be taken on March 23rd through March 27th.  The Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value at its sole discretion. No cancellation or transfer to another date after a reservation has been made. Otherwise, Travel + Leisure Golf may have the right to forfeit the prize.

Selection of winner: Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about February 26, 2007 (from among all eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period) conducted by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by telephone, mail or e-mail  within a week of the drawing, and will be given instructions on how to claim prize. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where permitted, a publicity release) within five (5) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner’s travel companion will be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release (where legal); and if the companion is a minor, the winner must be that minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute a Liability/Publicity Release on behalf of the minor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Release of Liability: By participating, you release Sponsor, Colana Sports Group and Jetblue Airways and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize.

Additional Rules:  Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor is not responsible if the T+L Golf Players Championship presented by Bermuda Tourism is rained out or postponed, or cancelled after ticketing of the prize for any reason, in whole or part. In that event, no compensation will be paid in lieu of the prize package. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.  Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Entry constitutes consent to the use of prize winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness without compensation for promotion purposes.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
