| How The JetBlue Challenge (“JBC”) works
|

During the tournament, each par 3 with a JBC tee-sign has a hole-in-one prize
The hole-in-one prize is a fabulous 5-day/4-night golf vacation package for two people to any one of our JBC resorts In addition, this vacation package includes round-trip airfare provided by JetBlue Airways as part of the hole-in-one prize.

| Four golfers will qualify to participate in a 150-yard, hole-in-one Shoot-Out. A hole-in-one at the Shoot-Out wins the Grand Prize of $50,000 which can be upgraded (for an additional fee) to $1,000,000.

How the golfers qualify and the placement of the Shoot-Out is at the discretion of the Tournament Organizer. You may qualify the four golfers anyway you wish including, but not limited to the four closest to the pin winners from the tournament moving on to the Shoot-Out after the tournament. This has been the traditional way The JBC has operated, but, as an alternative, you could simply raffle off the four spots prior to your tournament (creating an additional revenue stream) and hold the Shoot-Out before your shotgun start. Another suggestion is to thank one of your major sponsors and their guests or just selected one of your foursomes at random and have them do the Shoot-Out either before, during or after the tournament.
A hole-in-one at the Shoot-Out wins the Grand Prize and the golfer is awarded The JetBlue Challenge Champion Trophy (included in the package). If there is more than one hole-in-one at the Shoot-Out, the tournament will have multiple JetBlue Challenge Champions with each one receiving a trophy and the prize. In the absence of a hole-in-one, the golfer closest to the pin during the Shoot-Out is the outing’s “JetBlue Challenge Champion” and is awarded The JetBlue Challenge Champion Trophy. | All 2008 JetBlue Challenge golfers who completed their Player Profile online are automatically entered into a quarterly drawing which will feature fantastic prizes like JetBlue Airways ticket vouchers, Royal Caribbean cruises and more. Winners will be notified via Email.

After you order your JBC package, you will receive two codes on your JBC Confirmation Email. One is for you to access your tournament’s Event Management Planner. The other is for your golfers so they can input their Player Profile info. Your players’ information will populate your Event Management Planner allowing you to create a roster, assign foursomes, export files to the host club and build a comprehensive data base for your use with reporting and Email applications. By filling out their Player Profiles, your golfers also become eligible for our quarterly drawing as well as providing the information needed to start their Golf Digest or Golf for Women magazine subscription (if applicable).

| The JBC Mulligan
|
|
All participants in The JBC will be given the opportunity for a second chance shot (mulligan) on the shortest par 3 hole during your tournament. This will afford the participants a greater chance of winning the golf vacation package or closest to the pin (if applicable). The sale of the mulligan to outing participants (along with other optional revenue streams) is designed to cover the cost of The JBC package and create a profit for your cause!
The JBC-Nike Gift Certificate
Four $100 gift certificates come with The JBC ACE Package (total: $400). They are redeemed on-line at the Gift Certificate Redemption Center at www.jetbluechallenge.com. These certificates can be awarded to your four Shoot-Out contestants, your winning foursome or any other way you wish. They can be handed out collectively or individually. They can also be utilized in advance of your tournament to purchase additional product for your raffle table (advance order must be placed at least six weeks prior to tournament date).
