How The JetBlue Challenge–Event Management Planner (JBC-EMP) works:



STEP 1 – Once you sign up for your JetBlue Challenge package, you will receive two important Pass Codes - your Tournament Planner Code and your Player Profile Code.

The Tournament Planner Code allows access to your "tournament specific" Planner.

The Player Profile Code is for all of your golfers and it is specific to your tournament. Your golfers use this code to submit their information and populate your Planner.



STEP 2 – Get the Player Profile Code out to your golfers so they can submit their info. Suggestions on how to do this are on your confirmation Email. NOTE: Golfers should complete Player Profile to receive their FREE magazine subscription (where applicable).

STEP 3 – As your golfers submit their info, their names will populate The Roster on the left side of your Planner. As you designate their hole assignment, their name will populate the corresponding foursome on the right side on The Planner. You will be able to move them by changing their hole assignment and updating with the Submit Button at the bottom of The Roster. Use the Paid Box after each golfers name to confirm payment. Golfers who are checked off (paid) appear in black on The Planner. Golfers who are unchecked (unpaid) appear in red.

STEP 4 – Upon completion, hit the Print Button at the top of The Planner and your entire hole assignment sheet prints out for use day of tournament. Also, save it as a Word Document file (Save Button at top of The Planner) and Email hole assignments to your golf course in advance of your tournament.

STEP 5 – After your tournament, Email blast your entire roster of players to thank them for attending your event and supporting your charity and input your personal text as well.
